The dialogue here snaps. It feels loose, current, and naturally sarcastic, with the deadpan delivery hitting exactly when it should. Nothing sounds dragged through a translation machine or polished until all the personality disappeared.
I love the caustic humor of this book, which skewers both the USSR and USA space programs.
